Ambassador for Carpets & Furnishings was formed in November 1996 by Jane and Philip Bolton. The business was formed following the retirement of Jane's father, E.G. Potts, who had been a reputed flooring retailer of over 50 years. In 2003 Ambassador for Carpets & Furnishings became a limited company with Jane and Philip Bolton as the main directors.
The company carries out domestic and contract flooring work throughout the Midlands. Domestic retail work covers all aspects of materials, e.g. vinyl sheet & tile, cushion flooring and carpet fitting. Contract work has been varied from pubs, hotels, schools, offices and retirement homes using all types of finishes, e.g. non-slip sheet vinyl, marmoleum, carpet and carpet tiles, all by negotiation and consultation with interior designers, architects, quantity surveyors and local authority representatives.
At our showroom, 61 Worcester Street, Wolverhampton there are many samples from from all leading manufacturers on display.
